Responsibility :
Maintain a working knowledge of the business operations
Manage the calendar and daily schedule of the CIO
Support the efficient flow of correspondence in and out of office
Maintenance and filing of correspondence/information
Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for the CIO and Board

Performing minor accounting duties
Prepare purchase and payments requisitions
Take minutes (and transcribe) in meetings as required
Generate CUG expense report to facilitate payment
Perform other duties as assigned by the CIO or alternate
Description : The Executive Assistant to the CIO is responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and timely flow of information to and from the executive office.

Qualification : Qualifications • Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC passes, including in Mathematics and English Experience • Minimum experience of one (1) year in sales, cashiering, customer service environment
Responsibility : • Conduct sales transactions for gaming machines and lottery products • Greet customers and provide assistance to queries and customer issues, escalating when necessary • Ensure terminals, gaming machines ready for use at start of operations (plugged in, contain paper rolls, etc
) • Register customers onto online gaming • Assist in cancelling or upgrading customers’ accounts • Manage and reconcile the cash float for the shift • Keep informed of daily draw results • Ensure sufficient stationary at the workstation • Liaise with Customer Support to verify customers’ requests when required • Ensure adherence to company policies and rules and gaming regulations Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Gaming Operations

Description : Responsible for providing excellent customer service in conducting casino and terminal transactions in the sale of the Company’s products and services, i.e., lottery, sports betting, PIN sales and other electronically distributed products and services.
